01Commitment and scope
AENVO is committed to ensuring the digital accessibility of its services and platforms for everyone, promoting an inclusive experience for users with special needs or visual, hearing, motor or cognitive disabilities. Inclusion is part of our product: our AI agents converse through voice, text and sign language.
This statement applies to AENVO’s websites and digital interfaces, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) and Portuguese Decree-Law No. 82/2022. It covers the www.aenvo.ai website in its five language versions (European Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, English, Spanish and French).
Third-party services embedded in the website — the meeting booking calendar (42min), the YouTube video player and the AI agent widget — follow their providers’ own accessibility policies.
02Compliance status and technical reference
Our digital services are partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Level AA) and the European standard EN 301 549.
AENVO works continuously to identify and remove technical barriers, ensuring the progressive improvement of navigability.
03Accessibility measures in place
To promote simple and inclusive access, we have adopted the following practices:
- Structure and navigation: clear organisation of content with titles and headings, a “Skip to content” link at the start of every page, and full keyboard navigation with a visible indication of the focused element.
- Compatibility with assistive technologies: the language of each page is declared for screen readers; alternative text on images that convey information (decorative ones are ignored); buttons, links and windows with accessible names; the words that appear as dots also exist as real text.
- Legibility: attention to colour contrast ratios and text size, with a layout adapted to desktop, tablet and mobile.
- Motion: respect for the operating system’s “reduce motion” setting — the horizontal journey becomes a simple vertical layout, and animations and background videos (silent and carrying no essential information) stop. On every page, a discreet button at the top (“Pause animations”) stops and resumes the colour mist, the logo and channel strips and the background videos; the choice is remembered.
- Audio under your control: the use case audio samples only play when the user presses “Listen” and can be paused at any time with the same button.
- Alternative channels: direct support for users who encounter technical limitations in the interface (see section 06).
04Known limitations
- The use case audio samples do not yet have text transcripts. Until they are available, you can request the content in text form through the contact in section 06.
- Captions for the AENVO film depend on the YouTube player.
05How we assessed
Internal self-assessment carried out on 3 October 2026, combining automated checks and manual navigation tests on desktop, tablet and mobile, in the Chrome and Safari browsers.
06Feedback and contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need content in accessible alternative formats, please contact us:
- Email: privacy@aenvo.ai
- Response time: AENVO undertakes to review and respond to requests within a maximum of 30 calendar days.
When reporting a barrier, please include the address of the page or feature, the device and browser used, and the assistive technology (if applicable).
07Complaints procedure
If AENVO’s response is unsatisfactory or the request for assistance is not handled within the stated period, users may file a complaint with the national authority responsible for supervising digital accessibility in Portugal, under Decree-Law No. 82/2022.
08Review of this statement
This statement is reviewed whenever the website changes significantly and at least once a year.
